Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant Account Manager
Location: Limassol (Cyprus)
We seek to employ a Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant Account Manager on a full-time basis for our office in Limassol, Cyprus. The candidate must have experience on a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming emails, phone calls and messages and providing information to the stakeholders,
- Receiving and sorting daily mail / deliveries / couriers,
- Setting up calendar invitations and scheduling meetings and appointments,
- Assistance with administration of portfolio of companies, and assisting the Account Managers with tasks,
- Ensuring that reception and conference area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material,
- Organise the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Performing other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and emailing,
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients on office and business-related enquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English language is a must; Knowledge of Greek language will be considered an advantage;
- Knowledge of Polish and / or Russian language will be considered an advantage;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office;
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal;
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure;
- University Diploma and / or Degree;

Terms:
Full time, from 09.00 – 18.00 with an hour lunch break; Qualification based remuneration from EUR 1200 -1600 gross.
