JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Location: Limassol (Cyprus)
We are currently recruiting for the position of the Junior Accountant, preferably with prior experience in Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bookkeeping and accounting records
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of VAT and VIES declarations
- Preparing payroll and social insurance
- Assisting in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support with tax matters
- Performing other administrative duties
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior experience in Cyprus, preferably in an accounting, audit, fiduciary, or tax firm
- Proficient knowledge of English and Greek language. Other languages will be considered an advantage (Polish / Russian)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Proactive, professional, client service orientated, with good organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Qualification or degree in accounting
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance

Terms:
Full time, from 09.00 – 18.00 with an hour lunch break; Qualification based remuneration, from EUR 1300-1600 gross, depending on the experience of the candidate.
